Free Kärcher CVH2 Handheld Vacuum Promotion 

1. The company CARGLASS SUISSE SA, whose registered office is located at Rue des Fléchères, 1274 Signy Centre, Federal Number CH-170-3007441-5 (hereinafter “CARGLASS®”), is organizing, in its centers located in Switzerland, the promotion “Free Kärcher CVH2 Handheld Vacuum” (hereinafter the “Promotion”). 
2. For each windshield chip repair or glass replacement (the “Service”) carried out by CARGLASS® at one of its centers or via its mobile service, the customer receives a Kärcher CVH2 Handheld Vacuum free of charge.  
3. The Promotion runs from May 31 to June 20, 2026 inclusive (hereinafter the “Promotion Period”). 
4. The Promotion applies to Services carried out during the Promotion Period, as well as to Services for which the appointment was booked during the Promotion Period and either performed during the Promotion Period or, if the Service is performed after the Promotion Period, completed no later than July 20, 2026. 
5. CARGLASS® has planned a sufficient stock of Kärcher CVH2 handheld vacuum cleaners to cover the Promotion Period. However, in the event of a stock shortage, CARGLASS® reserves the right to terminate the Promotion prematurely under the conditions set out in Article 12 below.   
6. The Promotion applies only to light motor vehicles under 3.5 tons gross vehicle weight (passenger cars and light commercial vehicles) on which CARGLASS® has performed a Service within the territory of Switzerland.  
7. The Promotion does not apply : 
   1. to heavy vehicles with a gross vehicle weight exceeding 3.5 tons 
   2. to the repair of minor superficial chips without cracks (“Pit Fill”). The assessment made by the CARGLASS® technician shall be decisive in this regard; 
   3. to single installations of temporary glazing; 
   4. to Services carried out under the CARGLASS® warranty. 
8. During the Promotion Period, a maximum of one toolbox may be offered per license plate, regardless of the number of repairs and/or glass replacements carried out at CARGLASS®. 
9. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or offers.  
10. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for a price discount or for cash.  
11. In connection with the administration of the Promotion, the customer’s personal data (e.g., name, address, telephone number) and order-related data (e.g., order date, type of service, delivery address) are processed and protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. 
12. CARGLASS® reserves the right to modify or unilaterally discontinue the Promotion. In the event of any modification or termination of the Promotion, this information will be communicated on the website www.carglass.ch. 
13. By participating in the Promotion, the participant declares that they accept all of these terms and conditions in full, as available on www.carglass.ch.
